4. Payment and Booking Terms
All services require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount varies depending on the scope and scale of your event but typically ranges from 25% to 50% of the total service cost. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement.
We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Additional fees may apply for services outside our standard coverage areas.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: 75% refund
Cancellations made 15-30 days before: 50% refund
Cancellations made 7-14 days before: 25% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund
5. Liability and Insurance
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and success of your event, Moments Enchantes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services.
We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance for our operations. However, clients are responsible for ensuring their venue has appropriate insurance coverage and that all guests are adequately supervised, particularly children attending the event.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur due to guest behavior, venue conditions beyond our control, or circumstances outside our direct management. Clients assume responsibility for informing us of any special medical conditions, allergies, or safety concerns related to event attendees.
Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require event postponement or cancellation. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide appropriate compensation.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
