Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts. If payment is not received according to the agreed schedule, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel services. Any costs incurred due to late payment or service cancellation will be the client's responsibility.

5. Liability and Insurance

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and success of your event, Moments Enchantes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services.

We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance for our operations. However, clients are responsible for ensuring their venue has appropriate insurance coverage and that all guests are adequately supervised, particularly children attending the event.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur due to guest behavior, venue conditions beyond our control, or circumstances outside our direct management. Clients assume responsibility for informing us of any special medical conditions, allergies, or safety concerns related to event attendees.

Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require event postponement or cancellation. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide appropriate compensation.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use your information to provide services, process payments, communicate with you, and improve our offerings.
